Create good sounding high end loudspeaker systems in only 5 steps.

Step 1: Speaker driver selection

The powerful database contains a lot of data about each loudspeaker, so that a simple and complete construction in the next steps is guaranteed. 


Filters help to find the best speaker for your design, e.g. show me every 30cm / 12inch woofer with a Vas from 100 to 300 or Qts from 0.2 to 0.5   

Step 2: Driver enclosure calculation

Calculate per mouse click the needed driver volume size or the bass reflex port dimension.


The simulation views the expected results before you order material and assemble the enclosure.

Step 3: Audio filter design

Use the crossover to distribute the audio signal to the individual speakers. The wizard in the software makes the calculation & simulation very easy. 

 

Does your dealer offer a capacitor with 5.25uF? The "REALizer" function replaces mathematically calculated components with commercially available parts. Simulate, check and correct the influence on the deviations!

Acoustical pre-check of your passive filter design

Save money and time with the acoustical pre-check of your audio filter design via the Behringer DCX2496 Audio DSP.

Transfer via a click the passive audio filter design into the Audio-DSP and make first test hearings. Adjust the audio filter design until you are fine with the sound. Order finally the passive filter components.

Step 4: Loudspeaker enclosure design

No manual copy and paste: Automatic transfer of the loudspeaker driver dimensions and cabinet volume from the previous calculation steps. The enclosure design wizard takes over the data and creates a first loudspeaker enclosure design with all components with just one click.  


Then adjust the housing dimensions and the position of the drivers to your requirements. Finally output a parts list and the drawing for building the enclosure.

Sound Tuning via EQ

Automatic frequency response correction via EQ settings

  • Calculate automatically the equalizer (EQ) setup to flat the frequency response
  • Import a frequency response from the analyzer stute.x1A
  • Simulate the expected frequency response result before you transfer it into the Audio-DSP
  • Input manually the EQ setup into an other Audio-DSP, like mini DSP
  • Copy fully automated the complete EQ setup to the Behringer DCX2496 Audio-DSP

MS Windows 7, 8 or 10 (32 & 64 bit) or Linux 32bit with Wine and Winetricks database module "JET40". Processor i3 1.5GHz or above, RAM min. 2 GB, Screen resolution min. 1050x760 pixel. Internet connection to activate the license. 

 

Optional acoustical frequency response or Thiele Small data import: Audio analyzer software stute.x1A required. Automatic data transfer into the audio processor Behringer DCX2496: The Software DCX.Server and DCX.Client is required.
